Meet Navid Farahi
My interest in hypnosis began many years ago through personal growth and spiritual exploration. I was drawn to the inner world—how people experience meaning—and how guided inner work can open new perspectives and possibilities. Over time, this curiosity deepened into a consistent practice of learning, reflection, and exploration.
Alongside this path, I pursued an academic career and earned a PhD in Optical Science and Engineering. Working in complex technical environments strengthened my ability to think clearly, listen carefully, and approach challenges with patience and precision. It taught me the value of careful observation, curiosity, and looking beyond simple assumptions to understand what is really happening.
Eventually, I chose to bring these paths together by becoming a Board Certified Hypnotist (BCH) through the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT). This step allowed me to formally support others in their own journeys of growth, insight, and change.
Today, my approach to hypnotherapy is calm, respectful, and client-centered. I do not see my role as directing, but as creating a space where you can reconnect with your own inner resources. Whether the focus is self-confidence, mindset, or spiritual exploration, I work with you at a pace that feels natural, supporting meaningful change that aligns with who you are.
